TOBOGGANING
Have you tried the many off-piste opportunities? The enchanting winter landscape invites you to discover nature in white - each in your own way - whether on a romantic walk through the winter forest or an exhilarating toboggan ride!
ICE SKATING – CURLING
Experience "Fun on Ice" on the large natural ice rinks in Lanersbach and Finkenberg! Whether you dare to glide across the ice on speedy skates or prefer to watch the children spin pirouettes, fun is guaranteed!
For everyone, big or small, there is something to do! Traditional curling also provides fun and varied hours off the slopes. With 4 curling lanes in Lanersbach and 2 in Finkenberg, enjoy amusing action with "Daube & Stock" in long-distance and target shooting.
Have a great time - during the day or evening - alone, as a couple, or in a group! A small tip: There will be plenty of "goal water" provided!
WINTER HIKING – WINTER HIKING TRAILS
Winter variety is provided by the 68 km of winter hiking trails, some of which are only compacted, tracked, or cleared. Challenges include winter hiking trails to Eggalm, Penken, or Sommerbergalm - as a reward, rustic huts and panoramic restaurants with Zillertal specialties await.
For those who prefer to enjoy the stunning views more comfortably, you can take the cable cars to the various mountain stations. Hiking is a form of exercise that strengthens muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and gets the circulation going, pumping blood more vigorously through the body.
