CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

On arrival, the apartments are available from around 16:00 to 20:00. If you are arriving later, please contact us! On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments by around 09:00.

DEPOSIT

A final reservation is only valid after receiving a deposit.

PAYMENT

We kindly ask you to settle the final payment in cash on the day before your departure. For valid rental agreements, the terms according to the general hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply. We do not accept credit cards.

TOURIST TAX

For guests aged 15 and over, the tourist tax is €1.80 per day per person.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel contract conditions:

- Up to 3 months before the arrival date: free of charge
- From 3 months before the arrival date: 30% of the total arrangement price
- From 1 month before the arrival date: 70% of the total arrangement price
- In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total arrangement price
- For late arrival or early departure: 100% of the reservation amount.

Cancellations must be made in writing!

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance.

FINAL CLEANING

Starting at €135 (depending on the number of people)
Prices include operating costs, bed linen, towels, and dish towels.

All prices are calculated based on season, duration of stay, and number of guests.
