On the day of your arrival, the apartments are available from around 4 p.m.!
If you arrive later than 6 p.m., please let us know!
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 9 a.m. !
Deposit
Your reservation will only be valid once we have received your deposit/advance payment.
Payment
Please pay your bill the day before your departure (in cash). Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards. Please note that the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply (ÖHVB).
Village tax
€ 1,80 per day per person (over 15 years)
Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply according to the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply (ÖHVB):
- up to 60 days before your arrival date free of charge
- 59 days before the arrival date 30% cancellation fee of the total price
- 20 days before the arrival date 60% cancellation fee of the total price
- in the last week before the arrival date 90% cancellation fee of the total price
- in case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of your overall booking price
- Cancellations must be made in written form!
We recommend a cancellation fee insurance with the European travel insurance agency.
Cleaning fee
the cost for the cleaning of your appartment at the end of your stay is € 135,- (depending on the number of guests).
Prices include heating and electricity costs, linen, towels.
Prices are calculated depending on time of year, season, duration of stay and number of guests
