Check in / check out
On the day of your arrival, the appartments will be ready for you from 4 pm onwards. Should you be arriving later than 8 pm, please let us know.
On the day of your departure, please vacate your rooms by 9 am.
Deposit
Your reservation will only be valid once we have received your deposit/advance payment.
Payment
Please pay your bill the day before your departure (in cash). Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards. Please note that the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply (ÖHVB).
Village tax
€ 1,80 per day per person (over 15 years)
Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply according to the terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply (ÖHVB):
- up to 3 months before your arrival date: no cancellation fee
- within 3 months of your arrival date: the fee is 30% of the overall booking price
- within 1 month of your arrival date: the fee is 70% of the overall booking price
- within one week of your arrival date: the fee is 90% of the overall booking price
- in case of late arrival or early departure: 100% of your overall booking price
- Cancellations must be made in written form!
We recommend a cancellation fee insurance with the European travel insurance agency.
Cleaning fee
the cost for the cleaning of your appartment at the end of your stay is € 135,- (depending on the number of guests).
Prices include heating and electricity costs, linen, towels.
Prices are calculated depending on time of year, season, duration of stay and number of guests
